·         Arrange furniture staging if necessary
 

During the Campaign

·         Contact buyer on database

·         Your property is made available on our listing system to more than 1300 sales people

·         Arrange appointments with prospective buyers

·         Other sales people arrange appointments (in accordance with your viewing
           instructions)

·         Conduct open homes including erecting and taking down open home directional
           arrows

·         Analyse market feedback, follow up leads

·         Report back to you

·         Identify genuine buyers and start the sales process

·         Make any necessary changes to advertising
 

Negotiation and Post Campaign

·         Negotiate on your behalf and in consultation with you to achieve the best
          possible result for you

·         Collect deposit from customer

·         Contact Solicitor

·         Send copies of contracts to client’s and customer’s solicitor

·         Arrange building inspections and LIM where appropriate

·         Recommend mortgage expert if required

·         Follow contact with customer pre settlement

·         Final inspection

·         Release deposit to your solicitor

·         Collect keys to exchange on settlement

·         Arrange sold sticker for signs

·         Removal of signs
